At OhSoBoho.com, we want to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase of our unique gifting products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for gifting products under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your order.
Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, opened or used products, and products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product at hello@ohsoboho.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
Your name and contact information.
Order number.
Reason for the return.
Photographic evidence of any damaged or incorrect items (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for products that are eligible for return as per Section 1.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Replacement Policy
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose to request a replacement instead of a refund:
Replacement Processing: We will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Replacement will be done within 3-5 Business days.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before they have been dispatched.
To cancel an order, please email hello@ohsoboho.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order, but you may follow the return process after receiving the item.
